Corbin is a lifelong resident of Utah and has worked in public health for over 37 years at the Salt Lake County Health Department where he has since retired in 2025, having most recently served as the Manager of the Air Quality Bureau. He earned a BS Degree in Community Health and a Masters in Organizational Management. He served in various leadership positions at the health department and with the Utah Public Health Association, serving on their board and as president of the association in 2000-2001. In 2025, UCAIR recognized Corbin as their Individual Partner of the Year.
Corbin considers himself a perpetual student of public and environmental health as there is always more to know. Utah's air quality is of particular interest to him. To preserve what we have and to improve our air quality is a task with many solutions in which all can participate.
