This bill requires noise supression equipment be inspected during an emissions inspection as a condition of registering a motor vehicle.
*There is no direct relation to air quality or emissions increases/reductions with this legislation. We are monitoring because of the potential impact it will have on the emissions inspection and maintenance programs in the counties requiring emisisons inspections.
