Reenacts and extends an income tax credit related to the purchase of certain heavy duty (commercial category 7 or 8) vehciles that run on alternative fuel (natural gas, fully electric, or hydrogen-electric. The amount of the tax credit depreciates from $15,000 in the purchase year 2020 to $1,500 in 2029.
