Tess Davis is an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Utah, in the Public Lands division. Prior to joining the Breathe Utah Board of Directors, she completed a legal internship with the legislative policy team at Breathe, where she spent the 2015 General Session advocating for clean air on Capitol Hill. She earned her BA in German Language & Literature from Willamette University in Oregon, and her JD from the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she received the Oklahoma Bar Association's Blake Champlin Award in Environmental Law. With Utah roots that go back generations, she is passionate about the future of our state, and looks forward to continued opportunities to help improve air quality and promote environmental stewardship across Utah and the west.
