Arnold Reitze, Jr., J.D., M.P.H.

Arnold has been a Professor of Law at the University of Utah since 2008, and is a member of the Utah Air Quality Board. He is the J.B. and Maurice C. Shapiro Professor Emeritus of Law at the George Washington University School of Law where he was the director of the program in environmental law for thirty-eight years. Professor Reitze is the author of four books on air pollution and climate change, three books on environmental law, and more than eighty law review articles and research studies on environmental law. Professor Reitze has been “Of Counsel” with a number of law firms, and has extensive experience as a environmental lawyer with an emphasis on air pollution and climate change issues.
